Whether you want to choose your roommates or match with new friends, we've got something for you! Take a look at our spacious floor plan options and choose whether you want a 1-, 3-, 4-, or 5-bedroom  apartment. Once you select your desired floor plan, you'll then have the option to choose from our Classic, Deluxe, Flex, and Premium options. Rates may vary and come at a slightly higher price point than Classic floor plans, but they will definitely elevate your KSU lifestyle.

🌟 PRO-TIP 🌟 Use the tabbed section on your application called Questionnaire to note if you are applying with friends and want to live together. For floor plan-specific selections, all roomies will need to make the same selection. For room-specific selections, our office team will work with you before signing your lease contract to ensure that each person is placed in their desired room preference.
